Living room ceiling fans

In a living room, a ceiling fan is a piece of furniture in its own right: solid walnut blades, workshop silhouettes, black or brass finishes — SEY Maison's large formats (132 cm and up) own their aesthetic presence as much as their function.

A single point on the ceiling covers up to 35 m² of open living space at 32-35 dB: you host, dine and watch films under a natural draught, without the noise of air conditioning or the silhouette of a pedestal fan.

Your questions, answered

What diameter for a living room?+

From 25 m², aim for at least 132 cm; large open living areas (up to 35 m²) are covered by a single 132-152 cm model placed at the centre of the living zone.

Is it powerful enough for an open space?+

Yes: a large diameter at slow rotation moves more air than a small fast model, without unpleasant draughts. The reversible mode also spreads heating in winter.

Solid wood or ABS blades?+

Solid wood (walnut, oiled oak) brings the warmth of furniture and ages beautifully; profiled ABS is lighter and neutral. Acoustically, both run under 35 dB in our models.
